At Sukun, we aim to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review our policy below:
1. Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed upon placement.
Please ensure all details (size, color, address) are correct before confirming your order.
2. Delivery
- Delivery takes 5–7 working days depending on your location.
- Orders are delivered through our shipping partners across Egypt.
3. Try-On Policy
- Customers are allowed to try items upon delivery (If the courier does not allow you to try the items upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with the shipping company).
- If you choose not to receive the order, only the shipping fee will be charged.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours from receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- With tags intact
- Exchange is treated as a new order, and:
- A new shipping fee applies
5. Return Policy
We offer a try-on upon delivery experience for your convenience.
- Customers may return items immediately to the courier at the time of delivery if they decide not to keep them.

- Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery
- Once the order is accepted and the courier leaves:
- ❌ Returns are no longer allowed
6. Refund Policy (Damaged Items Only)
Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or defective items.
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Provide clear photos of the damage
Once approved:
- Refund is processed after receiving and inspecting the item
7. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- In case of returns or exchanges:
- Customer covers shipping costs
8. Payment
- Cash on Delivery is available
- For high-value orders, additional fees may apply based on shipping company policies.
